Can I exchange an item?
We can offer an exchange on faulty items of equal or lesser value, but if you would like to exchange for a product of higher value we would refund you in full so that you can purchase the new product on our website.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
When can I expect my refund to come through?
Depending on your payment method, it could take anywhere between 5 and 10 days for the full refund to come through to your account.
