Order Processing Time
All orders made before 2:00 pm are processed on the same day except on Saturdays, Sundays, and New Zealand public holidays from our retail stores in Dunedin, Christchurch, and Timaru.
All parcels are sent with tracking and include overnight delivery for non-rural addresses. However, courier-side disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

* Important: Saturday delivery upgrades purchased after our daily cut-off time (2:00 pm) on Friday will be refunded. If purchased earlier in the week, your order will be held for Friday dispatch. NZ Post cannot delay dispatches once received. If Saturday delivery for a rural address is purchased, the difference will also be refunded.
Australia
Australia has banned the personal importation of all vaping products. We are unable to ship to Australia until further notice.

Potential Shipment Split
Orders are fulfilled from our retail stores based on stock availability. As our website displays combined inventory across all locations, some items in your order may be shipped from separate stores. In these cases, your order will be split into multiple parcels.
If part of your order arrives first, the rest is likely en route from another store. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel. No extra shipping charges apply for split deliveries.
Vaping Regulations for Shipment
New Zealand
All R18 products must be shipped with age verification in accordance with current New Zealand vaping regulations. ID is required upon delivery. Parcels cannot be left unattended. If undelivered, they will be held at your local depot for collection. Please monitor tracking updates.
Australia
As noted above, Australia has banned all personal vaping imports. Orders to Australian addresses cannot be fulfilled.

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws. We accept no liability for goods seized, delayed, or denied entry due to regional regulations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why hasn’t my parcel arrived yet?
We use NZ Post for all domestic and international shipments. While estimated delivery times are typically accurate, delays may occur due to logistics or external conditions. Please monitor your tracking and contact customer service if needed. For NZ-wide updates, visit NZ Post Delivery Updates.
Why didn’t I receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your parcel is packed. They become active after pickup (around 16:00, Monday to Friday). Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you suspect a mistake in your email address, contact us at customerservice@vapourium.nz with your order details.
Liability
We reserve the right to amend shipping methods when necessary, including correcting address errors, applying signature requirements, or making logistical adjustments.
We make all reasonable efforts to meet delivery timeframes, but these are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage resulting from delays or failed delivery attempts.
We also accept no liability for parcels seized, delayed, or denied entry due to the buyer’s local laws. Please ensure compliance with your country’s regulations before placing an order.
