Order Processing Time
All orders made before 14:00 are processed on the same day except on Saturdays, Sundays and New Zealand public holidays from our retail stores located in Dunedin, Christchurch and Timaru, New Zealand.
All of our parcels are sent with tracking and include overnight delivery for non-rural addresses. However, courier-side disruptions may occasionally cause delays.
Potential Shipment Split
Orders are fulfilled from one of our retail stores based on stock availability. Because our website displays the combined stock from all store locations, some items or quantities in your order may need to be sourced from different stores. In these cases, your order will be split into separate shipments, with each parcel dispatched from its respective store.
That said, if only part of your order arrives in the first parcel — don’t worry, the remaining items are likely on their way from another location. You should also be receiving multiple tracking numbers by email to help you follow each shipment. No additional shipping charges will apply for split deliveries.

Note: 14:00 is our daily cut-off time. If Saturday delivery is purchased after this time on Friday, the upgrade will be refunded the following week. If purchased earlier in the week, your order will be fulfilled but held at our store until Friday. NZ Post cannot hold parcels due to FIFO (first-in, first-out) processing.
Australia
Australia has officially banned personal importation of ALL vaping products. We are unable to provide shipping to Australia until further notice.

Vaping Regulations for Shipment
When purchasing from us, you are responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws regarding vaping products. We accept no liability for loss of goods or penalties resulting from non-compliance with local regulations.
New Zealand
In accordance with current New Zealand vaping regulations, all parcels containing R18 products must be sent with age verification. ID will be required at the time of delivery. Parcels cannot be marked ATL (authority to leave). If you are unable to accept delivery, the parcel will be held at your local depot for collection. Please monitor your tracking for updates.
Australia
As noted above, Australia has officially banned personal importation of ALL vaping products. Orders cannot be fulfilled for Australian addresses.
Rest of the World
We are unable to keep track of all current laws across the 195 countries. As noted above, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any products ordered are legal to import and possess in their country or region. The Seller accepts no liability for goods seized, delayed, or restricted due to local laws.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why hasn't my parcel arrived yet?
We work exclusively with NZ Post as our courier partner, both domestically and internationally, based on their proven reliability, delivery network, and cost-effectiveness. While estimated delivery times are generally accurate, occasional delays may occur due to operational or external factors. Please monitor your tracking information and contact customer service with any concerns. For New Zealand deliveries, you may also check NZ Post’s Delivery Updates for current network conditions.
Why didn't I receive a tracking number with my confirmation of purchase?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed once your order has been packed. Please note that tracking links only become active after the courier collects your parcel from our dispatch team (approximately 16:00 Monday to Friday).
If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam folder. If you suspect you may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@vapourium.nz with your order details (order date, items ordered, etc) so we can assist you.
Terms & Liability
We reserve the right to amend shipping methods where required. This includes (but is not limited to): correcting input errors, applying Signature Required services for high-value orders or to comply with legal obligations, and making operational adjustments.
The Seller will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates; however, time of delivery is not guaranteed. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense arising from any delay or failure in delivery.
The Seller also accepts no liability for parcels seized, delayed, denied entry, or fines incurred due to the buyer’s local laws or import regulations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order.
Return
Returns are only accepted for products that remain unopened and in re-sellable condition.
If an incorrect item was shipped, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange a resolution as soon as possible. In such cases, the cost of returning the incorrect item and resending the correct one will be covered by the Seller.
If the Buyer has placed an order in error or changed their mind, they may notify us. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened and in re-sellable condition. In such cases, the cost of return shipping and re-shipment will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
All return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and include proof of purchase. This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
