Order Processing Time
All orders made before 14:00 are processed on the same day except on Saturdays, Sundays and New Zealand public holidays from our warehouse located in Dunedin, New Zealand.
All of our parcels are sent with tracking.
New Zealand (Free Shipping Available)

Delivery: Overnight except 2-3 business days for rural
Price: $5 (standard addresses); $10.50 (rural addresses)
Saturday Delivery: $10 (non-rural addresses ONLY before 14:00 Friday*)

All Saturday Delivery orders over $50: $5 Discount ($10.00 > $5.00)
Rural Addresses:

All orders over $150: FREE
* 14:00 is our daily cut off time. If your Saturday delivery is purchased after this time on Friday, your upgrade will be refunded the following week. If you purchase the upgrade earlier in the week, your order will be fulfilled but will be withheld at our warehouse until Friday as NZ Post can't withhold the parcels on their end due to their FIFO (first in first out) operational processes.
Australia
AU has now officially banned the personal importation of ALL vaping products. Unfortunately, we can no longer provide shipment to Australia until further notice.

If purchasing products from us, please be aware of the laws that your state or country has in place about these products. We take no liability for loss of goods or fines due to your local laws or regulations.
New Zealand: Age Restrictions
Due to the new vaping regulation change to prevent underage vaping, all parcels containing R18 products are now required to be sent with age restriction and require an ID to be sighted upon delivery. For this reason, we can't mark the parcel as ATL (authority to leave). If you're unable to collect the parcel, your parcel will be available for pickup from your local depot the following day. Please keep an eye out on your tracking.

Why hasn't my parcel arrived yet?
We have worked with many courier services existing worldwide. Our choices of couriers are what we see to be the most reliable and economical options with the quickest delivery times possible. Although the delivery times noted above are generally accurate, on occasion, orders are, unfortunately, delayed due to various reasons. Please keep an eye on your tracking and reach out to our customer service if there are any concerns. If you're from New Zealand or Australia and intend to use NZ Post's service, we also advise checking out the NZ Post's Delivery Updates page to see if they're experiencing any delays prior to your order.
Why didn't I didn't get a tracking number with my confirmation of purchase?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number won't be 'live' and functioning until the courier picks up your package from our dispatch team at around 16:00 Monday to Friday.
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Route is automatically added to your cart as a way of protecting your goods while in transit. This means if anything goes wrong between the order leaving us and it arriving at your door, we are able to replace any missing or damaged products.
Route charges roughly 1% of your order value, starting at $1.48 increasing parallel to 1% of the order value. If you do not want to be charged for Route Shipping Insurance, remove Route Shipping insurance from your cart. Route is added automatically, so you don't need to add it to your cart. Route covers all items in your order.
Legal
We reserve the right to alter shipping methods requested if required (e.g.: mistakes, wrong method selected, or above certain values will have to be Signature Required). Public holidays and other seasonal demands may alter delivery times - tracking information is available for all shipments, simply request tracking information by email to customerservice@vapourium.nz, include your order number and name used to order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
