Retail Returns Process

 If you have made a purchase in-store and you believe it is faulty, the fastest option for you is to go back to the retail branch to process your return.

 

Make sure you have:

  • The receipt from your purchase
  • The original boxes, including the sleeve

If you do not have either of these items, we may not be able to process a return.
