Chinese manufacturing facilities producing devices for international distribution operate under quality management systems and produce hardware to specifications set by brand companies.

All imported e-liquids undergo the New Zealand notification process, requiring disclosure of ingredients, nicotine content, and manufacturing information to the Ministry of Health prior to retail availability. Imported hardware is subject to applicable New Zealand product safety standards.

Imported e-liquids are available in both freebase and nicotine salt formulations at standard New Zealand-compliant nicotine concentrations.
