Returns & Warranties

Our policy lasts 3 months. If 3 months have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Our returns policy does not cover items that have been dropped or otherwise damaged due to user error outside our control, including but not limited to liquid damage, drops, eliquid penetration and burnt coils (unless this is a persistent issue).

To be eligible for a return, we need the original packaging. The original packaging contains all of the serial numbers and batch information required to prove that the item came from our suppliers. 

We are unable to return gift cards. 

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

    If your product has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us at your soonest convenience. 

    For any product that is operating in a manner that could be dangerous ( Auto-firing, overheating, arcing etc), its best to send these back to us in a safe way by waiting for the battery to run out or by removing the battery, and removing pods or tanks from the device if possible to avoid fire hazards in transit. Contact us first if you have any concerns about an unsafe item. 

    If there is a problem with your eliquid, in some circumstances we will require this to also be returned to us in order to be assessed. Please tape or bag in a manner to avoid leakage in transit. Contact us first if you have any concerns about a leaking item. 

    If you need to send us batteries, please return them in a battery case or similar to avoid possible short circuits in transit. 

     

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@vapourium.nz and send your item to: 35 Ward Street, Dunedin CBD, Dunedin, Otago, NZ, 9016.

    Shipping

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
