Vapourium will happily assist customers who wish to exchange faulty goods purchased in-store or online within 3 months of their purchase.
All products for exchange must be returned with the order number, or warranty receipt, and original packaging.
If the goods are being returned because they fail to comply with legal or manufacturers warranties, our Customer Care Team and Retail Staff will be able to advise you in regard to availability of a refund, exchange, repair or replacement of the product in accordance with your rights as a customer under Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trade Act.
