Vapourium E-Liquids (Nic Salts)

This collection features nicotine salt e-liquids manufactured by Vapourium in New Zealand. These products use acid-protonated nicotine at concentrations of 20mg/mL and 35mg/mL, designed for low-wattage pod systems and mouth-to-lung devices.

Vapourium nicotine salt production uses benzoic acid to protonate pharmaceutical-grade freebase nicotine, creating a salt compound with reduced pH and diminished throat sensation at elevated concentrations. This process is consistent with industry-standard nicotine salt manufacturing methodology used worldwide.

The VG/PG base ratio in Vapourium nic salts uses a balanced formulation, typically 50/50 or 60/40, producing thinner viscosity suited to the compact wicking assemblies in pod cartridges. This ratio ensures consistent wicking performance and prevents dry hits in devices with small cotton capacity. Flavour delivery is enhanced by the PG-forward ratio, providing defined taste characteristics through small atomiser chambers.

All Vapourium nic salts are supplied in 30mL bottles with child-resistant caps and fine-tip nozzles designed for the narrow fill ports found on pod cartridges. Ingredients include USP-grade vegetable glycerine, USP-grade propylene glycol, food-grade flavour concentrates, and pharmaceutical-grade nicotine salt compound.

Compatible hardware includes refillable pod systems from Uwell, Vaporesso, Voopoo, Innokin, and other manufacturers with coil resistances above 0.8 ohms operating between 8W and 20W. These products are not intended for sub-ohm hardware. Flavour categories span fruit, dessert, menthol, and beverage profiles across multiple Vapourium house brands. All products are notified under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 2020. Restricted to persons aged 18 years and over.
