What nicotine strength and puff rating do these pods have?
Nicotine: 28.5 mg/mL, fixed per pod. The manufacturer rates each pod at up to 6,000 puffs. Rated puff counts are laboratory figures and depend on puff length and draw, so actual use varies.
What are the nicotine limits in New Zealand?
Freebase e-liquid is limited to 20 mg/mL of nicotine, and nic salt e-liquid to 28.5 mg/mL of nicotine (50 mg/mL of nicotine salt). The limits apply to prefilled pods and bottled e-liquid alike. A container of e-liquid sold at retail may hold no more than 1,800 mg of nicotine in total, and no more than 120 mL unless it is nicotine-free. See Nicotine strength explained.
How does a prefilled pod system work?
A prefilled system has two parts: a rechargeable battery unit and a sealed pod containing e-liquid and a built-in coil. When a pod is empty it is removed and replaced with another of the same type. Pods are not refillable and fit the device they are made for; compatibility is shown on each listing. See Refillable and prefilled pod systems.
Is a prefilled pod system a disposable vape?
No. Since 17 June 2025 disposable vaping devices cannot be sold in New Zealand. The battery unit of a prefilled system is rechargeable and reused, and only the pod is replaced, which places it outside the legal definition of a disposable device. See The disposable vape ban in NZ.
How should used pods be disposed of?
Used pods should not go in kerbside recycling. Prefilled pods that contain a battery should go to a council e-waste or battery collection point. See Pod and coil life.
Is ID needed to order?
Yes. Vaping products cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under 18, and an evidence-of-age check is required before an order is dispatched. On a first order you upload a photo of a New Zealand driver licence, passport or Kiwi Access (18+) card; later orders on the same account are dispatched without a further check. With the vaping regulation change June 17, 2025, we can no longer provide any form of discounts.

Can you ship without the signature requirement?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The signature requirement is part of R18 shipment, with ID check requirements, for legal purposes, much like alcohol.

Do you ship to Australia?

Due to the vaping ban in Australia as of July 2024, we can no longer ship any vaping products to Australia.
