Legacy E-Liquids (Freebase) is a range of freebase nicotine vape juice manufactured in New Zealand by Vapourium. The Legacy freebase range is formulated for refillable sub-ohm tanks, rebuildable atomisers (RDA and RTA), and high-wattage direct-to-lung (DTL) refillable pod systems. It is not intended for low-wattage mouth-to-lung (MTL) pod devices or starter-style pod kits, which are designed for higher-strength nicotine salt e-liquids rather than high-VG freebase. Bottles in this collection are supplied in 60 ml and 120 ml plastic containers with child-resistant closures and tamper-evident seals. Nicotine concentrations stocked in the freebase range are 3 mg/mL, 6 mg/mL, and 12 mg/mL. The base composition is a VG-dominant blend of vegetable glycerine (VG) and propylene glycol (PG), with food-grade flavour concentrates and USP-grade freebase (unprotonated) nicotine. No colourants are added. Ingredients are disclosed in full on each bottle label, alongside the nicotine concentration in mg/mL, batch identification, manufacture date, and the prescribed health warnings.

Flavours available in the Legacy freebase collection are Banana Cream, Blueberry Vanilla, Caramel, Caramel Tobacco, Coffee, Cream, Mango Guava, Mint, Oat Coconut, Spice Tobacco, Strawberry, Tobacco, Tropical, Vanilla, and Watermelon. Flavour names use the generic descriptor format required under New Zealand vaping product regulations.

Manufacturing takes place in New Zealand with batch-level quality records retained by Vapourium. All Legacy freebase e-liquids are notified vaping substances under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 2020 and the associated amendment regulations administered by the Ministry of Health.
