There are time limits for editing any order placed on Vapourium's website, which depend on a number of variables.
Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order.
At this point, you can fill out our Order Edits form, located at the bottom of this page.
Once you have received the second email, detailing the tracking information for your order it is too late to edit your order, as we have already packed and dispatched your order.
Due to the nature of vaping products, we are unable to provide returns based on change of mind. You can see our full returns policy by clicking here.
