If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please fill out our Order Issues form as soon as possible. This form is located at the bottom of this page.
Once of our Customer Care team will get back to you between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We are happy to cover the cost of posting the incorrect product back to us and will provide you will a courier ticket to do this.
Please fill in the section on the back of your returns slip to say the item is incorrect and put the note in your parcel when you send it back.
