Aotearoa E-Juice (Freebase & Nic Salts)

Aotearoa E-Juice is a New Zealand-manufactured e-liquid brand produced by Vapourium, available in both freebase nicotine and nicotine salt formulations. All products are notified under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 2020.

The freebase range is formulated at nicotine strengths of 0mg/mL, 1mg/mL, 3mg/mL, and 6mg/mL with a VG-forward base ratio suited to sub-ohm hardware. Freebase bottles are supplied in 60mL or 120mL volumes with LDPE squeeze bottles and child-resistant caps. These formulations perform optimally in tank systems and rebuildable atomisers operating between 40W and 100W.

The nicotine salt range uses benzoic acid protonation at concentrations of 20mg/mL and 35mg/mL. Salt formulations use a balanced VG/PG ratio of 50/50 or 60/40 for pod system compatibility, supplied in 30mL bottles with child-resistant closures and fine-tip nozzles.

Both formulation types share the same ingredient quality standards: USP-grade vegetable glycerine, USP-grade propylene glycol, food-grade flavour concentrates, and pharmaceutical-grade nicotine. Manufacturing takes place in New Zealand under Vapourium's production facilities with batch-level quality controls.

The dual availability of freebase and nicotine salt versions within the same brand allows users of different hardware types to access the same flavour profiles in a formulation suited to their specific device. Sub-ohm users select from the freebase range while pod system users select from the nicotine salt range, with flavour consistency maintained across both formulation types through shared concentrate recipes. Products are restricted to persons aged 18 years and over.
