Troubleshoot Your Starter Kit

5 COMMON ISSUES AND QUICK FIXES

  • "My vape is harsh!"
    - Check your coil, when was the last time you changed it?
    - How much nicotine have you got in your e-liquid?
    If you have too much nicotine, it can start to hurt the back of your throat,
    similar to if you're using old e-liquid.
  • "There's no vapour coming out!"
    - Again, have you check your coil?
    If your coil has shorted out or isn't inserted properly your vape will no longer
    produce vapour. Try changing your coil.
  • "The light isn't coming on when I plug it in to charge!"
    First, try another charging cable and/or adaptor. If you're still experiencing
    issues, check your charging port. Although most vapes support
    pass-through (vaping while charging), the micro USB port will get
    damaged with time.
  • "The e-liquid is spitting in my mouth!"
    This can happen with any tank, it means there is a build-up of e-liquid
    around your coil. You can fix it by blowing directly into your drip tip then
    continuing to vape, or if that doesn't work, give your tank a good clean out.
  • "My vape is leaking!"
    This means something has broken the seal on your tank, first up, check your
    coil. If your coil is burnt out, the e-liquid will leak straight through, if your coil
    isn't inserted properly the e-liquid will leak out of the mismatched thread.
    If that doesn't work, you may want to try a thicker e-liquid. Check the PG/VG
    ratios of your e-liquid,
Still leaking?
Take the whole thing apart and give it a good clean, keeping an eye out for
damaged "o" rings or cracks/chips in the glass.
