Chosen E-Liquids is a New Zealand-manufactured e-liquid range produced by Vapourium, available in both freebase nicotine and nicotine salt formulations. All Chosen products are notified under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 2020.

The Chosen freebase line offers nicotine concentrations of 0mg/mL, 1mg/mL, 3mg/mL, and 6mg/mL in larger bottle formats with VG-dominant base ratios. These formulations are engineered for sub-ohm vaping hardware including tank systems, rebuildable atomisers, and compatible pod devices operating at 40W and above.

The Chosen nicotine salt line provides 20mg/mL and 35mg/mL concentrations in 30mL bottles with balanced VG/PG ratios for pod system use. The nicotine salt compound uses standard benzoic acid protonation for reduced throat sensation at elevated nicotine levels.

Both Chosen product lines share a common flavour development process, using food-grade concentrates sourced from established flavour suppliers. The concentrate blends are formulated to deliver consistent flavour characteristics across both the high-vapour freebase format and the lower-vapour nicotine salt format, though some adjustments to concentrate ratios accommodate the different vapourisation conditions.

Production takes place in Vapourium's New Zealand facility using USP-grade vegetable glycerine, USP-grade propylene glycol, and pharmaceutical-grade nicotine. Quality control protocols include batch-level testing and traceability. All bottles feature child-resistant closures and NZ-compliant labelling with ingredient disclosure and nicotine content.
