Vapourium freebase e-liquids are produced with VG/PG base ratios weighted toward vegetable glycerine, typically at 70/30 or 75/25. These ratios produce substantial vapour volume when used with sub-ohm coils operating between 0.15 and 0.8 ohms at wattages of 40W to 120W. The higher VG content creates a smoother mouth-feel with dense vapour clouds.

Manufacturing uses USP-grade vegetable glycerine and propylene glycol, food-grade flavour concentrates, and pharmaceutical-grade freebase nicotine. Each batch is produced under controlled conditions in New Zealand with lot-level traceability for quality assurance. Flavour profiles across the freebase range include fruit, dessert, menthol, and beverage categories.
